Terms and Conditions

Please carefully review and accept our terms and conditions before proceeding with any fabric printing services.

Acceptance of Print Work:

LUXE Print reserves the right to accept or decline any print work at its own discretion. We may refuse service without providing an explanation.

Liability:

LUXE Print holds no liability for any damage to fabrics provided by the client or for any claims exceeding the printing cost. We do not accept liability for results achieved on client-supplied fabrics due to the numerous variables involved. LUXE Print is not responsible for replacing any client-supplied fabric. Fabrics left at LUXE Print by clients will be sold after a three-month period to cover storage costs.

Colour Variations:

While our system is highly calibrated, variations in colour are inherent in the digital textile printing process. Reactive dying involves multiple variables, and fabrics can vary in cellulose content from batch to batch (or protein content for silks). Even changes in weather can affect batch colours and colour matching. If specific colours are required, it is the client's responsibility to provide relevant colour proofs.

Pantone colour swatches for matching colour charts can be printed for a nominal charge.

Fabric Coating:

Our reactive digital printing process requires the fabric to be coated with a mix of chemicals before printing and steaming. We offer a pre-coating service at an additional charge, subject to our discretion. The coating process is conducted offsite by a third party, and any risk associated with it falls on the client. Delicate fabrics such as silks can be susceptible to damage during the coating process. LUXE Print does not accept liability for any shortage of coated fabric returned from the coating plant.

Shrinkage:

All fabrics tend to shrink. While we compensate as accurately as possible on our own range of coated fabrics, we will not be held liable for any additional shrinkage on finished products. LUXE Print assumes no liability for shrinkage unless the client has commissioned and paid for shrinkage tests on their supplied fabrics.

Turnaround Times:

Our standard turnaround time is 7 working days from the time of order, artwork approval, and receipt of deposit. However, due to the nature of the digital fabric printing process, we cannot guarantee delivery within the specified time under all circumstances.
